Welcome to BetNix (“BetNix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by BetNix AI, accessible at betnix.ai. By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of our platform, mobile application, APIs, or related services (collectively, the “Service”), you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
During our beta or invite-only period, access may require a valid invite code. Sharing invite codes with unauthorized parties or creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions is prohibited and may result in immediate termination.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any reason we deem necessary to protect the integrity of the Service.
BetNix offers tiered subscription plans (e.g., Free, Pro, Elite) with varying access levels and monthly credit allotments. Plan details, pricing, and features are described on our pricing page and may change with reasonable notice.
Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle at the then-current rate unless you cancel before the renewal date. You authorize us (via our payment processor, Stripe) to charge your payment method on file for each renewal.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe billing portal. Upon cancellation, you retain access to your paid plan features through the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.
Certain features (AI analysis, research, parlay builder, agent chat) consume credits from your monthly allotment. Unused credits do not roll over between billing cycles. Credits have no monetary value and are non-transferable.
All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at support@betnix.ai within 30 days of the charge.

All content on the Service — including but not limited to predictive models, algorithms, machine learning outputs, text, graphics, logos, software, and the compilation thereof — is the exclusive property of BetNix or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or completeness of third-party data, including odds data, scores, statistics, injury reports, or news. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors. You acknowledge that reliance on third-party data is at your own risk.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BETNIX’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO BETNIX IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00).
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
BETNIX DOES NOT WARRANT THAT: (A) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; (B) THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE; (C) ANY PREDICTIONS, ANALYTICS, OR AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE CORRECT; OR (D) ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BetNix and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to:
Before initiating any formal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at legal@betnix.ai and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 60 days.
If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, you and BetNix agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language and the arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding.
YOU AND BETNIX AGREE THAT EACH PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.
Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. To the extent that arbitration is not applicable, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination: (a) your license to use the Service immediately ceases; (b) you must cease all use of the Service; (c) any outstanding fees remain due and payable; (d) we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Sections 6, 8, 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16 shall survive termination.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service (including features, pricing, and credit allotments) at any time without liability. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to the Service. The Service may be subject to delays, interruptions, errors, or data loss due to factors beyond our control.
By creating an account, you consent to receive electronic communications from us (e.g., email, push notifications, in-app messages) regarding your account, the Service, and promotional offers. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time through your account settings, but transactional communications (billing, security, Terms changes) cannot be opted out of while you maintain an active account.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BetNix regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
